Q. Can I prevent survey respondents from filling out
multiple surveys?
A. Yes. There is a security function built in to protect the
data which has been collected which restricts users from filling
out a survey more than once.
Q. What if I want to restrict access to the survey with
a password?
A. We can set up a secure login page which requires a User Name
and Password to begin the survey. This provides 100% secure access
to only designated respondents.
Q. How can I be sure that all questions will be completed?
A. Pages can be coded so that each question, or just specific
questions must be answered in order to proceed. A message will
appear to remind respondents of which questions are required to
answer.
Q. Can I change the format of the survey to match my
website?
A. Yes. Colors, fonts, and HTML can all be customized so that
it will look like the survey is actually part of your website
hosted on your server.
Q. Is it possible to only show a question based on a
previous answer?
A. Yes. Survey pages can be coded so that a new question is presented
conditional on a specified answer being selected in a previous
question. This branching or decision tree functionality provides
"drill-down" capability for survey questions.
Q. How can I distribute the survey to respondents?
A. Your survey can be launched from your website when a visitor
clicks on a button, or we can have it pop-up automatically for
every Nth visitor. We can also deploy a graphic HTML email to
