(opt-in) email list management and deployment services for marketing to your house email database (for 3rd party email list rentals, click here). We use a secure email delivery software solution and an Internet Service Provider who is white-listed with leading email providers such as Yahoo, AOL and MSN - which helps to ensure high email delivery rates for our clients.

your database on import, and automatically remove bad/bounced/unsubscribed
emails upon each mailing
- Message Formatting - Our email software
uses "sniffer" technology that sends a multi-part
message which senses how each recipient would like to receive

or text format)
- Response Reporting - After each email deployment,
you receive a response
report indicating successful deliveries, bounces, blocked
emails, unique click-throughs and the number of HTML email opens
- Unsubscribe Management - We manage and maintain
a file of all unsubscribes using an automatic removal function
in the footer of every email delivered
- Message Personalization - We can personalize
your email to each recipient, and drop in appropriate data fields
where required
- Filter Testing - We provide you with a SPAM
filter score from 1 to 5 to help you reduce false-positive filtering
and improve your HTML email delivery rates
- Database Exports - We will send you a cleaned
email database file at any time, in Excel or any other desired
database format

Email list deployment pricing is determined primarily by the size of your opt-in email database. You have the option to have us send a one-time mailing to your permission-based customer list, or securely host your email database for ongoing email campaigns.

costing is required for creating text or HTML email creative, sending
attachments, rich media or over 25kB sent per month, developing
hosted online sign-up forms or contests, setting up email reply
forwarding, and creating complex multi-step campaigns.
